We engage with these and other Consultants on our clients behalf to ensure that specific information required is provided correctly and integrated into our work.

All Consultants will invoice clients directly ensuring the fee for their service is the fee you pay - no additional extras.

We also receive property and site leads from Maggs and Allen (Estate Agents and Auctioneers). and Land Registry/Lease Plans requirements from Solicitors, Lawlight and Barcan Kirby.

Whilst we are not tied to using a particular builder and would always recommend when seeking build costs to select three builders, we have had multiple project where clients have used Inspiring Building. They have produced outstanding workmanship on a number of Residential and Commercial Projects and their website link is also on this page.
