Agricultural Barn, Old Sodbury, South Gloucestershire.
​Situated in a rural community and located within the Green Belt, a former working farm was bought by a new owner who wanted to re-establish farming on the land. The brief was to design new Agricultural Barn to house a mixture of farming machinery and livestock.​ The barn covers an area of 500 square metres and was constructed using a steel frame with aluminium roof panels, roof lights, sliding access doors and timber boarding with low-level concrete blockwork to form the perimeter walls and gable ends.

Factory Extension, Bedminster, Bristol.​

South-West Upholstery is an established family business who have expanded premises over the years, culminating in a move to a purpose built Factory unit in Bedminster. Further expansion required them to investigate options to either undertake a disruptive relocation or to expand their current premises. A parcel of land was available to the side and an application was approved to expand the workspace and relocate the existing goods in/out loading bay.

Nightclub Refurbishment, Clifton, Bristol.​

Located within the Basement of a distinctive period building owned by Bristol University, this existing Nightclub was requiring updating and the brief was to provide a floor plan and devise a more spacious and modern main bar area. In addition, a detailed floor plan survey was also required to enable the new leaseholder to gain the necessary Fire Certification.

New Coffee Shop, Bishopston, Bristol.​

Gloucester Road, Bristol is a thriving community and the client wanted to provide a new offering to the area - a Coffee Machine Showroom and Sales Space with on-site maintenance facilities. The design brief included a Ground Floor Retail and Seating Area, Interior Design, Exterior Signage and Basement Maintenance Facilities. The external seating area and perimeter balustrade incorporated "ram-raid" protection for the large shop window.

Office Refurbishment, Old Market, Bristol.​

Avon Law Centre were relocating from Stokes Croft into a much newer Office Building and required a comprehensive redesign of the space to provide a Public Serving Reception, Private Consultation Rooms, Disabled Access Public WC provision and Staff Office Space over the three floors. The scheme was designed to reflect their renaming to "Bristol Law Centre" and used colours from the new logo within the refurbishment.

Concept: Development containing 126 Student Rooms, Bristol.​

A client owning a site in Bristol requested a "Concept" for a substantial Student Development. The proposed development designed contained 126 Student Rooms (Including Accessible Rooms for Disabled Students) and all of the associated facilities and Student Services support. "Cluster" Flats each contained communal Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Spaces and the building itself would be served by both stairs and lifts. ​​
