I am Paul Davis, a Bristol-based Architectural Designer providing a friendly, reliable, professional and cost-effective design service to help bring your Residential or Commercial project to life!

Specialising in both Domestic and Commercial Sectors in Bristol, the South West and beyond, I have 20 years of experience providing high quality Architectural Design for Residential Projects including Domestic Extensions, One-off Houses, to schemes of multiple Housing and Flatted Developments and Commercial Projects including Office, Retail, Cafe, Nightclub and Warehouse refurbishments.

My previous employment has seen me produce Residential Layout drawings for volume housebuilders such as Redrow and David Wilson Homes and Commercial Layout drawings for BT, Hewlett Packard, Royal Mail and other corporate sites.

My fees are significantly lower than typical Architectural Practice Fees and I can offer this cost saving as I work from home and therefore have no office or staffing overheads. As a result, my Architectural Design work for both Small and Large projects in the Residential and Commercial Sectors will result in REALISTIC AND LOWER FEES.

I have a client-focused Professionalism, a drive to achieve YOUR requirements and produce Design Work that achieves all industry standards, with all drawings complying with RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and Local Authority Planning Application Standards.

I have a broad range of contacts with whom I can collaborate with to offer a Complete Design Service for any project. These contacts include Planning Consultants, Building Contractors, Structural Engineers, Energy Assessors, Landscape and Environmental Consultants, Estate Agents and many others.

I have dealt extensively with Local Authority Planning Departments across the UK including Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council, North Somerset Council, Wiltshire Council, Bath and North East Somerset Council and other authorities beyond the South West in Birmingham, Liverpool and London.
